Higg's Beach
Popular Key West beach
Key West has only a few beaches, and Higg's is the busiest. Shallow waters surround Higg's Beach, which make it good for snorkeling, although the water is often cloudy. Swimming in prime southern-exposure waters and fishing off the pier; chair and umbrella rentals are available. Higg's Beach Dog Park is on the west side.
