Spread over March, City Commissioners are showing leadership by leading walking and biking tours of current City projects. Since the average deskbound person may only average 1,000 to 3,000 steps a day, the City of Key West and Monroe County Department of Health have partnered to host community events to give folks a reason to get out and move.
Stay tuned to find out about other upcoming tours. Transportation Month is part of the City of Key West’s sustainability campaign: Preserve Island Life. To receive monthly eNewsletters covering this and future events, sign up for the pledge on www.preserveislandlife.com and follow us on facebook!
