Just went in for a quick workout as it was way too hot to go running. Did the treadmill and elliptical for 2 hours and met some great people!

Great new spa on the island!
One of the best spa experiences I've ever had. Very convenient location in Old Town. Nice "beach house" ambience in old historic building. Killer massage with George! Strong and intuitive. Nice people at front desk too. I will definitely go back!
