The Key West style architecture of this guest house is very attractive. I stayed in a well-appointed room on the second floor that had a beautiful balcony facing the inside of the property. I would have given Coral Tree Inn a higher rating, but I was disappointed in the attitude of the staff. With an inn or guest house, I expect the employees to be friendly and charming, as if they were welcoming me into their home. That was not the case here, where the staff seemed bored and almost unfriendly.

My reaction is mixed. The facility is beautiful, rooms are clean and location is very good. We had a Thanksgiving dinner that was delicious. However, the staff has a 'don't bother me' attitude. We met the owner and he was gracious; I wonder if he knows how the staff acts in his absence? But it cannot be too bad since we have stayed here three times.

You have to go across the street to sign in and register, The place needs some TLC, Rooms were not that great for the Price. Pool area is nice but not heated.

Beautiful rooms. Pool area rarely used. I guess people go to the sister inn (Oasis). Close to Duval.
So, what do you say?
