Carriage Trade House

They are open when they feel like it
Carriage Trade House is a true Key West institution. When they want to be open, they put a sign out front with the day's menu--which has only one meal for the day, if you don't want it then don't eat there--and you line up, first come first seated. The food is delicious. Locals line up for it.
